1. Information We Collect
We collect and store your email address, billing details via Stripe, and the Cisco Meraki API key you explicitly submit. We do NOT collect, inspect, or store any data traversing your guest wireless networks.
2. Data Isolation & Vault Protection
Your Meraki API key is encrypted using authenticated encryption before it is stored. Plaintext keys are processed server-side in temporary memory and never written to database logs, application backups, or persistent client storage.
3. Third-Party Integrations
We integrate with Supabase (database, authentication), Stripe (subscription billing), Resend (email delivery), and Upstash (cron scheduling). These subprocessors are restricted from using your data for any marketing or advertising operations.
4. Account Deletion
You have the absolute right to delete your tenant account. Triggering a deletion immediately purges all location mappings, memberships, billing bindings, and permanently wipes your encrypted API key from our secure key store.
