Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Forge Access. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Forge Access platform, services, and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Cisco Meraki Connection & API Keys

Forge Access operates on top of your existing Cisco Meraki cloud organization. You grant us permission to interact with the Cisco Meraki API using the 40-character API key you provide during onboarding. This key will be used exclusively to read network list structures, read SSID numbers/names, and update the guest passphrase of chosen SSIDs.

You acknowledge that sharing your API key gives Forge Access administrative control over the selected networks. You are solely responsible for generating, replacing, or revoking your Meraki Dashboard credentials.

3. Account Security

You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your tenant account. If you believe your tenant key or account has been compromised, you must rotate your keys and notify us immediately.

4. Limitation of Liability

Forge Access is not liable for any network downtime, security breaches, rate limiting, or configuration errors originating from the Cisco Meraki API or hardware failures.
