Confirm Prerequisites
Make sure your venue runs on Cisco Meraki MR access points or MX routers and that you hold admin permissions on the organization dashboard.
Create an API key
Log into the Meraki Dashboard using a standard non-SSO admin account. Toggle API access on in your profile and click "Generate API key".
Sign up to Forge Access
Create your account. Paste the API key into our secure onboarding form. Your key is encrypted immediately and isolated to your tenant.
Choose Location & SSID
Forge Access auto-detects your networks. Simply select your location and choose the target Guest Wi-Fi (SSID) you want to automate.
Rotations, Signage & QR Live
Set up automated cron rotation (e.g. every Monday). The digital signage link and printable QR codes will automatically display the correct current credentials instantly.
